We are currently featuring a Colombian option from Rodrigo Sanchez. As Rodrigo continues his family’s legacy, he innovates by experimentation, and in the process has created this amazing co-fermented coffee.

This coffee goes through a multi-stage co-fermentation process involving tropical fruits that enhance the flavor profile. The result is bright, tasting of pineapple and mango juice. If you’re looking to have your mind blown by a coffee, I recommend you come try it!
