Our chicken fried oysters didn’t become a signature dish by chance. The perfect balance of tart green apples, applewood smoked bacon and sautéed garlic spinach mixed with a lightly breaded and flash fried oyster and drizzle of hollandaise is what dreams are made of.

Why mess with perfection? After more than 25 years our signature chicken fried oyster appetizer is still a booming hit. Served over a bed of applewood smoked bacon, sautéed garlic spinach and tart green apples and finished with a drizzle of whole grain mustard hollandaise.
