Rubbing that chicken down with delicious spices, sinking it into a bath and letting it marinate in buttermilk for two days, then pulling it out casually, letting it dry on a rack for about 16 hours, then smoking it like it’s no big deal.

Then we make you a brand-new sauce with parmesan, confit garlic, and a few other secrets we are totally willing to share if you DM us. Finished with a snowfall of heavenly parmesan before you rip its little tiny limbs apart and devour it. Also "Dr. Pepper Baby, it's Good and Nice"
