What a morning! 🌮 We were proud to sponsor the San Antonio Sports Corporate Cup at UIW this year, and the energy was unreal.

Dozens of San Antonio companies and thousands of teammates came out for a full day of friendly competition, and we got to be part of it from sunrise on. Our crew was up early serving hot breakfast to hundreds of competitors fueling up for the big day, and our trailer kept the tacos coming, 1200+ of them, all day long.

We were especially proud to host the co****le tournament. Few things bring people together like good food and a little friendly trash talk over the boards. 🌽👏
Best part? Every bit of the Corporate Cup supports youth sports and fitness programs across our community.

Today we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we're able to gather, share meals, and live freely.

At all 25 Las Palapas locations, a Missing Man Table is set in their memory. A white cloth. A single rose. An empty chair. A Bible. Small symbols carrying the weight of what was given.

Today we had the honor of presenting a $20,000 check to the 100 Club of San Antonio at their 53rd Annual Heroes Luncheon. 🧡

Since 1973, the 100 Club has stood beside the families of Bexar County's fallen and injured first responders. When a local, state, or federal officer or firefighter is lost in the line of duty, the 100 Club delivers financial assistance to the family within 24 to 48 hours. They fund college scholarships for surviving children, provide counseling and mental health support, and offer resiliency training for active first responders and their families. They show up when it matters most.

Our partnership runs deep, and it does not stop at one check. The 100 Club Plate on our menu sends proceeds to the organization all year long. Every time you order it, you are helping support a first responder family right here in our community.
To the men and women who run toward danger so the rest of us can sleep safely, thank you. And to the 100 Club, thank you for never letting their families stand alone.
