Meet Chef Tim, O’Neill’s Assistant General Manager. 👨🍳
Before joining O’Neill’s, Chef Tim spent more than 25 years building a career in the culinary world.
After serving in the U.S. Army, including six months in Kuwait, he worked his way from restaurant management into fine dining, eventually becoming the acting chef of a renowned Texas Hill Country restaurant in just two years.
From wine dinners and regional culinary events to 20 years at one of San Antonio’s premier steakhouses, Chef Tim has spent decades perfecting his craft.
Today, he brings that same dedication, experience, and passion to O’Neill’s In-Flight Catering: creating meals that prove great food doesn’t stop at the runway!
