Homemade Vanilla Extract! For this batch, I used Madagascar vanilla beans and extracted them in Bourbon! I also have a two bottles left of Tahitian vanilla extracted in Vodka. I also have Madagascar vanilla extracted in Vodka. This extract is "double fold," or 2x strength! The bottles are 4 ounces for $20. For those of you who bake, you know how expensive good vanilla is.

To get to Datapoint Drive in San Antonio by public transport, take the bus or train to the nearest station and walk towards Montecross Street. Turn right onto Montecross Street and continue walking until you reach Datapoint Drive.

Alternatively, if you are driving, take the nearest highway and exit onto I-10 W. Take exit 561 towards Wurzbach Road and turn left onto Datapoint Drive. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the bakery building.
