"Everything that we make, we make it as if we're making it for ourselves." 🍧
That's the standard at Frosty Brothers, a family-owned shaved ice shop in San Antonio, TX. Co-owner Carlos Rodriguez says it all began with his dad and one ice cream truck. Now the family has a storefront of their own, too.
The menu is rooted in the flavors they grew up with on the west side: raspas, mangonadas loaded with chamoy, and signature pecan shaved ice.
Carlos says owning a small business means more time on the clock and more struggles. "You have to be the answer to everything, but you're proud of yourself."
We're proud to cover the business insurance for entrepreneurs like the Frosty Brothers family, so the truck keeps rolling and the shop stays open. 🤝
