Nine years ago today, we opened our doors with a unique ice cream concept—one that reflects our Colombian and Brazilian roots and focuses specifically on vegan and lactose-free options. And while that might seem a bit daunting to some, the ice cream is delicious and made with so much love. We wouldn’t be here today without your support and the affection you’ve shown our product; the hard work and dedication of my team; the help from friends who collaborated on our promotional videos; and the prayers from our parents back home. We are filled with gratitude for these nine years in a city that has welcomed us as one of its own. Thank you, San Antonio.

Y aunque esto aveces pueda asustar un poco, es un helado muy rico y hecho con mucho amor. no estaríamos hoy aqui sin el apoyo de ustedes por el cariño que le tienen a nuestro profucto, por el gran trabajo y esmero de mi equipo, de mis amigos y sus colaboraciones con los videos promocionales, de las oraciones de nuestros padres en la distacia. Hola San Antonio! September is drawing to a close, and I couldn’t let the month pass without acknowledging Hispanic Heritage Month. We had the opportunity to share our Colombo Brazilian ice cream with the Comunidad de Herencia | Hispana SA TX at Launch SA located within the San Antonio Public Library.
