It is a bittersweet goodbye, but Alley Cat Coffee will be moving on to new endeavors and will no longer be serving here at Southtown Barbacoa. We wish them the best of luck in their next chapter.

Their love, work ethic, and the values they passed down continue to guide us every single day. Their legacy lives on in every family we serve.
