Snapper Picatta, and yes, you’re going to want every bit of that sauce.
The table after everyone says they’re not that hungry.
We stamped it so no one forgets where they are. The burger can be a little distracting.
Give her a minute. She’s busy.
The Bluefin Tostadas go fast. Plan accordingly.

Slim knows oysters. We know better than to argue with him. 🦪
A few facts, a few myths put to bed, and a little oyster education from the man himself.

Some days call for perspective. Others call for oysters and a very cold glass of white.

Only six days left to enjoy our four-course Culinaria Restaurant Weeks menu! Your other plans seem flexible.

More courses, more lobster, less pretending you were only stopping by for a quick lunch.
Enjoy our four-course Culinaria Restaurant Weeks menu through August 29.

Rich in the kitchen, refusing to be stingy with the lobster.
Case in point: a lobster roll with absolutely no interest in being subtle.
The trees provide the shade. Southtown provides the plot.
A half dozen is less of an order and more of an opening statement.

August is doing the most. We suggest doing the least and letting us feed you. Culinaria Restaurant Weeks runs through August 29th!

We’ve all been there… one minute it’s ‘just one drink,’ the next it’s a group project getting home. 🍸😂
Tag that friend who’s always down for “just one.”

From Prince Edward Island all the way down to our own Texas coast. We know our oysters. Where they’re from, who grew them, and exactly what makes each one worth shucking.
Michelin Recommended in 2024 and 2025. We’re pretty proud of that one. Fingers crossed we get to make it three this year!
Some of our best people have been with us from the beginning and have grown right alongside us. That’s something we’re especially proud of!
Every shell we shuck is recycled to help restore Texas coastal reefs and support the waters that keep us shucking.
Slim took 1st place at the Texas Indie Oyster Fest shucking competition, where it’s not just about speed, but the quality of every shuck. Safe to say, one of the best in South Texas is right here behind our oyster bar.
We are proud to have one of the best patios in San Antonio shaded by mature trees with some of our favorite people-watching views in Southtown. A little neighborhood charm and a lot of reasons to stay awhile.
