For public transport, take the bus to Se Military Drive and get off at the nearest stop. From there, walk towards the seafood restaurant which is located on the left-hand side of the street.
For those driving, take Se Military Drive from any direction and keep an eye out for parking lots or street parking near the restaurants. The seafood restaurant will be on your left-hand side, while further down the street you will find both the Cajun & Creole restaurant and Pho restaurant on your right-hand side.
